I firmly believe that interesting people deserve a unique and considered approach when it comes to producing their bio or documentary films.

Inspired by the story of Katoku, film-maker Adam Lewis came to Amami to make this beautiful documentary.

The fight to save the last pristine beach hamlet in Amami is presented via interviews and beautiful footage of Katoku and its surroundings.

An inside look at the work of the OIST team advancing new theoretical approaches to quantum matter and seeking to guide the discovery of new quantum phases. Their research environment – unique in Japan – blends high-trust funding for basic research, a distinctive setting and mission, and a global community of scientists.
Theoretical physicists at OIST are working with experimental physicists and chemists to understand new quantum materials. The Theory of Quantum Matter Unit is also harnessing the power of machine learning, using computers more swiftly and effectively to address highly complex problems in theoretical physics.
